I stayed in the budget motel part of the hotel, and while the rooms are clean, they are starting to show their age without that 'wow factor. ' However, they were exceptionally clean despite the dated decor. The hotel itself is really old and the rooms are very small, but cleanliness is definitely a strong point here.
The hotel had everything we required, with super friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was not what I expected, so we asked to move, especially since we needed a ground-level room due to having a little one with us and being 30 weeks pregnant.
The hotel rooms were very nice, fresh, clean, and comfortable overall. However, the property would benefit from refurbishment and fell short in terms of value for money. The staff were top-notch, friendly, and helpful. The location was great for exploring the town and nearby attractions, yet some aspects needed improvements. The dining experience varied with some items lacking taste or being overcooked. The facilities were adequate, but there were minor issues in certain areas.
